Enjoy a custom food and drinks menu selected by the chefs and sommeliers of Gia, a fully functional, event-ready space with amenities, tableware and dining furniture. Plus, our staff takes care of service, set up and clean up.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
When you host your event with us, there is a minimum spend for the privatization of the restaurant. The minimum spend is: Sunday - Monday: $7 500 Tuesday - Wednesday: $20 000 Thursday - Saturday: $25 000 *These prices include everything to make the room operational including staff for service, set up and clean up, amenities, dining furniture & tableware.
Based on the size of your group, our team works with you to create a custom food and drinks menu so you can achieve the minimum spend for the date of your event.
Please note these prices are non-negotiable.
WHAT'S THE ROOM CAPACITY?
Our indoor space accommodates 70 guests seated for dining service or 100 for standup cocktail service.
Our outdoor terrace, available throughout mid-May to September, seats 60 people for dining or 90 people standing up.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL/CATERING?
The short answer is no. And why would you want to? Hosting your event with us means you get to enjoy the full Gia experience that you've come to know and love. This includes a custom seasonal menu of food and wine selected and carefully prepared by our chefs and sommeliers.
Plus, in accordance with the Régie des Alcools du Québec, we're responsible for the sale and service of alcohol within our space which means all wine and liquor served at your event must be purchased through us.
If you have a special request, like bringing in Nonna's homemade desserts or a custom wedding cake, let us know in the inquiry form and we can do our best to accommodate.
CAN YOU PLAN MY PARTY?
We'll take care of the menu, wine, service and room and we'll leave the planning for everything else up to you, the host. Let us know of any special requests or need any references for a DJ, band, florist or more in the inquiry form and we can do our best to accommodate.
